Providing food for our cities in the future  poses a great challenge which needs tackling from today.  These replicable pods use vertical farming techniques on a low-tech, low-cost  basis. They  can be positioned all around our cities in left-over spaces, harvesting the suns rays to produce food on a very local scale. Inspired by Gorilla Gardening these pods are  maintained by the local people, putting food production at the heart of the community.
